Steve Jumper is a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst™ (CDFA).  In addition to being a Registered ParaPlanner™ (RP) through the College of Financial Planning, he is a licensed Financial Advisor with nearly 10 years of financial services industry experience.  Trained in Mediation Services, he is also trained in Personal Care with nearly 100 hours of classroom and personal study.

As a divorce financial practitioner, Steve works with clients to provide insight into the financial aspects surrounding the situation. This includes efficiently gathering, analyzing and summarizing the critical financial information and effectively communicating it to the parties involved. Informed and objective decisions can be made based upon accurate and comprehensive financial data. Steve performs the work with compassion, respect and integrity.  With this financial expertise in the equitable distribution process, Steve works with his clients to bring a balanced approach to include a unique combination of mediation skills and personal care giving.

A graduate of the University of Mississippi with a BBA in Marketing, Steve began his business career in technology sales and marketing working 10 years for BellSouth and helping start one of the first fiber optic based Local Competitive Exchange Carriers (CLEC) in the US to compete for local telephone and data communication services.  Recognizing similar changes in the financial services industry, Steve pursued entrance in the evolving financial sector to help educate and guide clients through maze of choices with their personal financial situation.   His own personal experience in dealing with divorce lead him to further specialization and expertise by gaining the CDFA™ designation along with becoming a trained Mediator in the state of North Carolina.  With over 23 years of business and personal experience, Steve has positioned himself to support his clients and their attorneys with conviction and integrity.  Career highlights include:
